Federico Salas. It all started in 2002, in the heart of Little Rock, Arkansas. Federico Salas had a vision to open a small Mexican food store. He saw the demand in the area. He decided he would seize the opportunity to open to the public, and thus, La Regional was officially born. This dream wasn't a one-person job. Benjamin Salas (his older brother) stepped in to help run the business. This partnership would prove to be the right decision as the business grew, and they soon added a restaurant. A few years would pass, and with the success of La Regional, they decided to open Salas Produce. Together, they successfully manage the store, a bakery, and the food distribution warehouse. Now, Salas Produce serves as the backbone of many stores and restaurants in Arkansas and Tennessee, providing them with quality ingredients and products. This all started with a dream—a dream many would have abandoned, but with persistence and a little good work ethic, it paid off.
